However, I never read indexes and I don\u2019t read end notes if they\u2019re simply source citations, plus I pulled the page counts from the book listings on StoryGraph, so that\u2019s almost certainly not accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Categories are fuzzy and overlap (graphic books usually being fiction, some anthologies containing both fiction and poetry, etc.), but I can roughly group my 2025 reading as:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>17 nonfiction books<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>38 fiction books<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>19 poetry books<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 graphic works<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I could further break it down by LGBTQIA+ books, horror books, etc., but I won\u2019t.
